THANKS FOR YOUR PRAYERS!!!

I have carried a baby for nine and a half months (I was 2 weeks overdue), went through 27 hours of labor, and I can honestly say that the emotional strain was in no comparison as difficult as waiting to hear when we are OUT of PGN. I am SO trying to be in the moment, but it is the hardest thing I have EVER done. I have jokingly said that I have come out of retirement. I haven't worked at one specific job for a year as last January, I started remodeling our preschools, in the summer worked on remodeling our poolhouse and then when we started the adoption, I had a part-time job with paperwork. My "new" job this week has been in Shiloh, IL, training staff at our NEWEST location of McAlister's Deli. It has been a challenge, a lot of FUN and a blessing in keeping me occupied for several hours a day. Our attorney has given us positive reports as it appears the Guatemalan government is going to get things organized quickly to get our girl home! For my family and friends that pray specifically, please, pray that our file will find its way to the desk of Mr. Barrios where he will give us his signature to complete our case! His signature is the LAST step! I truly have peace that we will be hearing great news anyday!

James 1:2-4 "Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."
