MILESTONE

Baby Girl is FOUR-MONTHS-OLD today! Just to share what she may be up to this week...
*She can distinguish between smells *She has responsive periods of one-hour or more *She's interested in making new sounds *She laughs when playing*She may cry if playing is interruped *She balances head steadily in different positions *She brings feet to mouth and may suck on her toes *Lastly, I'm sure since she's my daughter she smiles and vocalizes to gain attention and to make social contact! Mommy and Daddy can't wait to get our girl home! Next week should be the week when things start moving us back into PGN! We are ready!

Way too cute! I believe your holding up well and holding on to God's truths. Little Malaena will be home at his perfectly appointed time, and it will be more wonderful than you can ever imagine. Blessings and praying for you and Malaena. Susie

Cheri, you know I am praying for you and all families waiting for CA to get up and running. And I believe that God has already answered that prayer. Thank you for your support and encouragement. Susie

Hi! I randomly clicked on a comment you made on Alice's blog. I'm so glad I came across you guys. Four years ago, I had to leave my daughter in Russia and come home and spend Christmas without her. Oh that wait to go back and get her was HARD! I made it though (of course I had a few breakdowns :) ), and boy was she worth the wait. The adoption of a foriegn-born child is such an incredible experience. I will be praying for you all and keeping up with how things are progressing.
