Our household is quite busy. Summer is flying by with swimming nearly everyday, watering flowers and the new sod, eating lunch at McAlister's with Daddy and friends, barbequing a couple of times a week, working at my job at Bella Bambino Photography....all this with an almost 21-month-old either on my heels or on my hip! Life is fun! Brock and Logan are working at McAlister's. It's neat watching them leave and come home from work together. Brock is very excited about heading to college at Mizzou. He and I leave tomorrow for summer orientation. I HATE leaving Malaena for 2 nights but there isn't really an alternative if I want to hear what is being said!
I'm reading a GREAT book that I highly recommend. It's called "Crazy Love by a Relentless God" by Francis Chan
Malaena-Sloan's all-time favortie thing to do is EAT! She eats more than me. Here she is eating a pickel! The other night with my mom she was eating prunes and I mean a lot of them. My mom was in disbelief cause she said prunes was a taste you have to acquire. My mom was laughing and laughing when Malaena got in the frig Sunday morning and got the prunes out ready to eat more! 
This child LOVES to dance. She busts moves all the time!
Malaena-Sloan loves Tally Dog. She belly laughs non-stop at him. She has added so much laughter to our household!!! She's such a blessing!
I love to see this child running through the house dodging all her obstacles! Our house is always a mess, but she's only little once!!!
Malaena-Sloan's newest fascination is SHOES....particularly Crocs (ugh!) She sleeps in shoes many nights especially if she has a new pair. The other night she had on her newest crocs and one fell off in her sleep. She woke me up screaming and I truly thought something was bad wrong....well, a shoe had fallen off!!!
The dad in our household with Logan, our youngest boy. We had the lights down low cause Malaena was napping which is a hard task to accomplish!!!

This is my "outdoor" child! Brock always liked being outside but he would get too hot and have to come in. I am a lot like him, but not Malaena-Sloan. It was 90+ degrees and she wanted to be outside. We were at Mama's and to tell you HOW HOT it was, there were NO mosquitoes! In the bootheel the mosquitoes will usually pick you up and carry you off!
My pretty Mama! She's doing so much better health wise. She's dropped over 30 pounds, and I'm so proud of her!

I love seeing her sweet smile!! Are you guys still planing to go to MOGUATE at the beginning of August? If so the deadline for the room rates is coming fast!! You have 72 hours prior to the event to cancel so if you're still considering it I would make reservations! HUGS!
