Enjoying Life.....

On March 28, my brother and his wife renewed their wedding vows. It was a very sweet and simple ceremony. Billy and Christy's "original" wedding was the most beautiful wedding I have ever attended or have been a part of.
When Malaena-Sloan saw her cousin, Lauren, she ran to her and hugged her....how sweet!
This is my brother and his beautiful family.
This daddy loves his baby girl!
A little play time!
Mama and her girl!
Grammy and Owen!
Grammy giving Malaena-Sloan some love!
ACTION shot during the ceremony!
This is the little culprit that put on quite a show at the renewal of wedding vows. EVERYONE complimented on how pretty she was, but needless to say, no one commented on how well behaved she was!!!!
My little Grandma with my brother and sister-in-law!
Some pretty kiddos if I say so myself!
Now quite all our crew....missing the boys as usual!
I'm proud of this crew....me with Daddy, Mama and my little brother, Billy!
Malaena-Sloan was really energetic at the wedding! Here she is doing a trick!
It's so funny cause Malaena-Sloan took to Christy the first time she saw her and she LOVES for her to hold her!
Malaena-Sloan and Owen shared a rib!
This girlie LOVED her some rib action!
Enjoying a spring day. Malaena-Sloan was telling me something....probably hurry up Mama!
When we turn out head, she still LOVES sneaking in the doghouse!
Coming out of the dog house!
Today, she climbed up on Pooh and started telling a story. We get so tickled and I always say, "OH MY!" She has started imitating me with an "OH MY!"
This is little Hambone taking a bath with her shades on. Uncle Billy and Aunt Christy got these for her last year and she wanted to part of them. Now, she puts them on for a good laugh!

Malaena-Sloan is into EvErYtHiNg! She is babbling up a storm, and I would say her favorite word is "BAH" which is her form of YES! She uses it the most answering us when asked if she's hungry! You can't imagine HOW MUCH food the girl ate today. I told her that I was going to call her PaPa cause she loved to eat so much and she agreed with me.

The hardest thing we are experiencing is she is having MAJOR separation anxiety. She has started going to our preschool a couple of hours a week, so I go and visit a lot with her. She knows the people working and she is still having a major time adjusting. It BREAKS my heart, but I am commited to this. I take her when I go work my little part-time job at Bella Bambino Photography. Today, she spent about 30 mintues in our church nursery, and she cried major when I left her. They held her the whole time, so she had no tears when I picked her up....a first!

She is so cute! :) They are so fun at that age. Both of my boys had seperation anxiety at that age too. We would try to take them to the church nursery but we would get called back quite often because they would get so upset and the sitters couldn't calm them down. :( But I am happy to say that now at four and two they look forward to their "class" at church. :)

Oh sweet Malae, A Susie would love to hold you all day when I come to visit next month, but something tells me you will keep both Bella and I busy. :)

So glad you found my blog. Believe it or not, I've been following your blog for quit sometime. Your children are beautiful.

I have four kids as well (8, 6, 3 and almost 2). Our three oldest are biological and Faith (adopted from Guatemala) is our youngest. Little did we know that our journey with Faith was going to be n interesting one. We didn't know until we brought her home that she has special needs. She is an amazing blessing to our family. Hope you enjoy reading about us.
